I do my best drawing,s when I don't have a clue where to start. Why? Well, I think it's because if you don't know where to start, you leave yourself so much room to just create whatever. Now say you go to draw a turtle. You can pick and choose how that turtle will look, but really you're just gonna draw that turtle and be done, maybe a background, maybe not. I'm not saying that turtle won't be AWESOME AS HELL, but when you just put your pencil to that paper and create whatever your heart and mind tell you to create... the results are much more satisfying.
So, I went to work with my mother today and a man that works there says to a younger man that works behind the counter.
"I'm going to the barber, you wanna come?" The young man turns him down politely and the man replies, "Ben, I'm 55 years old. I haven't been to a barber in 45 years." "Why so long?" Ben asks. "Because barbers.... are MEN. Who wants to get their hair cut by a man?" I couldn't help but grin as the older man walked away. When you're sitting in your desk at school and the person behind you keeps shaking his leg with his foot on your desk....
